Terms & Conditions
These terms govern tree services provided by Treesafe Australia Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”) to our customers (“you”).
Quotes. Written quotes are fixed for the scope described and valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Changes to scope (extra trees, hidden obstacles, changed access) may require re-quoting — we’ll always confirm with you first.
Council approvals. Where vegetation is protected, works proceed only after required approvals are in place. We can manage applications on your behalf; approval timeframes are set by council and outside our control.
Site access & safety. You agree to provide safe access and to advise us of underground services, retaining walls or other site hazards before work begins. We maintain $20M public liability insurance and certified safety systems.
Payment. Invoices are issued on completion and payable within the terms stated on the invoice. Title in any retained timber or mulch is as agreed in your quote.
Weather & emergencies. Tree work is weather-dependent. We’ll communicate promptly and rebook at the earliest safe opportunity. Emergency works are triaged by risk to life and property.
