What we collect. When you request a quote, chat with Arbor, or contact us, we collect the details you give us — typically your name, phone, email, suburb and details about your tree work. We don’t collect anything we don’t need to quote and deliver your job.
How we use it. To contact you about your enquiry, prepare quotes and reports, schedule and perform work, and meet our legal and insurance obligations. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t spam.
Storage & security. Information is stored securely and accessed only by team members who need it to serve you. You may request access to, or correction of, your information at any time.
