When the storm hits, we answer. 24 hours, 7 days.

It’s 11pm, the wind is roaring, and there’s a crack you’ll never forget. When a tree comes down — on the roof, the fence, the driveway, the power lines — you don’t need a call centre. You need a crew.

Our emergency teams work around the clock through storm season. We make the site safe first, remove the tree with the least possible further damage, document everything for your insurer, and stay until you can breathe again. Keep our number in your phone before you need it: 07 5472 8660.

What you get with Treesafe

  • 24/7 rapid response — Real crews, real trucks, any hour — because trees don’t fail during business hours.
  • Make-safe first — Hanging limbs, split trunks and leaning trees stabilised before full removal.
  • Insurance documentation — Photos, reports and itemised invoicing your insurer will thank you for.
  • Pre-storm preparation — The best emergency is the one that never happens — ask about a pre-season inspection.

Questions, answered honestly

A tree just fell on my property — what do I do first?

Keep everyone clear, stay away from any power lines (call Energex 13 19 62 if lines are involved), then call us on 07 5472 8660. Don’t attempt to cut a storm-loaded tree yourself — stored energy in bent timber kills people every year.

Does insurance cover storm tree removal?

Most home policies cover removal when a tree damages an insured structure, and many cover trees blocking driveways. We provide the documentation insurers ask for and can talk you through it.

Can I remove a dangerous tree without council approval after a storm?

Queensland rules generally allow removal of trees posing an immediate risk — but document the risk first (photos help), and notify council where required. Our arborists can confirm the situation on arrival.

How fast can you get here?

During storm events we triage by danger to life and property. Genuine emergencies are prioritised — call and we’ll give you an honest ETA.

That tree has waited long enough.

One free visit from a qualified arborist and you'll know exactly where you stand — what's safe, what's not, and what it costs to fix. No obligation. No jargon. Just peace of mind, finally.
