Sustainability Policy
We work in other creatures’ homes. Every tree we touch is somebody’s nest, pantry or highway. That belief shapes every job we do.
Wildlife before work. Before any removal, our crews check for hollows, nests, dreys and roosts. Active habitat pauses the job until a plan — often with local wildlife carers — is in place. Wherever possible, habitat hollows are relocated or retained as habitat poles.
Nothing wasted. Branches become mulch on site (free to every customer), sound timber is recovered for milling or firewood, and only true waste leaves the site. Our chippers turn a removed tree into next season’s garden.
Retention first, honestly. Our arborists are trained to ask ‘can this tree stay?’ before ‘how do we take it?’. Where removal is necessary, we’ll always suggest what to plant in its place.
Certified environmental management. Our ISO 14001-certified system means these aren’t aspirations — they’re audited processes with named owners and annual review.

That tree has waited long enough.
One free visit from a qualified arborist and you'll know exactly where you stand — what's safe, what's not, and what it costs to fix. No obligation. No jargon. Just peace of mind, finally.
